AIM - Webcam Instant Messenger AOL Instant Messenger. A popular and commonly known instant messenger program featuring webcam support.
aMSN - Webcam Instant MessengerAn MSN Messenger look alike with features including alarms, the ability to see others who have removed users from their contact list, and opening of many profiles at once. It is also very customizable, with extensions and themes. aMSN also allows functions not available in Microsoft Messenger for Mac, such as webcam support, and the nudges feature.
aMSN is available for any system that supports Tcl/Tk 8.4 or higher. This includes Microsoft Windows, Macintosh and any UNIX variant including Linux.
Eyeball Chat - Webcam Instant MessengerA free webcam enabled messenger service, compatible with AIM, Google Talk, MSN, and Yahoo. Other features include one-to-one and multi-party text-chat, Eyeball chat rooms, file sharing, advanced calling features like call hold/unhold, call transfer, and call forward, and PC-to-Phone calls using PSTN gateways.
ICQ - Instant Messenger + WebcamOnce upon a time this was *the* instant messenger, but since its takeover by AOL, it's popularity has faded. It now includes support for webcams, but with many other features, plus advertising crammed in, it is seen by many as bloatware.
Mercury - Instant MessengerA java based messneger with support for multiple operating systems, including Windows, Mac OS X, and various flavours of Linux.

Paltalk - Webcam Instant MessengerA free webcam messenger program with multiple messenger compatibility and a real sense of community.
Qnext - Webcam Instant MessengerA multi-protocol supporting instant messenger, compatible with MSN, AIM, Yahoo, Gtalk, Jabber, and iChat. It includes video conferencing, file transfer, remote PC access, audio chat, photo sharing, file sharing and music streaming.
Skype - Internet Telephony & WebcamAn extremely popular free program that started life as an internet telephony solution, and has expanded from there. Webcam support was included in 2006.
Trillian - Webcam Instant MessengerTrillian is a free instant messenger which along with webcam support, is compatible with AIM, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo Messenger, and IRC.
VoxOx - Video & Audio MessengerAvailable for Windows and Mac OS X, VoxOx features voice, video, Instant Messaging (IM), text (SMS), social media, e-mail, file and content sharing.
Yahoo Instant Messenger A hugely popular instant messenger that supports webcams.
